Meet the Founder

Charles W. Jackson III

Charles W. Jackson III

Charles Wesley Jackson III, PE, PMP, CxA, CEM grew up in Philadelphia, PA. As a young child, growing up, he had a vision of becoming an engineer due to his curiosity of wanting to understand how systems work. He is a proud graduate of Drexel University (Class of 2005) with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Business Management. In 2006, he moved to Bowie, MD, and started his journey as a young engineer. Over the past 15 years, he has worked in almost every sector and gained a wealth of experience. Some of the more notable projects that he provided Commissioning, Construction Management, and Project Management Support for: the Pentagon Renovation Program, Chevron North American Data Center, Johns Hopkins Hospital New Clinical Buildings, and Bowie State Living Learn and Residence Halls. His experience in the Government, Healthcare, Mission Critical, Commercial, and Residential sectors provide him a unique perspective in the Construction Industry. Through this experience, he learned that attention to detail and planning is the key to every successful project. He also has a deep passion for sustainability and is striving to help build better buildings utilizing technology, renewable resources, and promoting energy efficiency. Charles keeps up with the industry through webinars, conferences, and membership of several key organizations including the Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE), National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Project Management Institute (PMI), and Maryland Society of Professional Engineers (MDSPE). He currently serves on the Board of Directors for AABC Commissioning Group (ACG). He was recently named by Consulting-Specifying Engineer magazine as one of their Top 40 under 40 for 2022.
